Wednesday yoga studio day! Up and out early – the sky is already a little brighter when I leave at 5am. My favorite ‘time of sky’ is just before sunrise and just after sunset – I love the way objects looks during these times of day. The yoga teacher was looking forward to the sunrise occurring as his class was ending at 7, we looked and it said 7:04! ☀️ Rising from savasana and facing the back of the studio to greet the sun is an amazing experience at the hot studio.

Loved this message for today as I arrived to the main studio. Whenever someone tells me they are sad, depressed, anxious, hurt – I am mindful of how they are feeling but I do say “feel your feelings right now, you’ll have new ones soon” it’s a take on the advice of Jillian’s doctor who treated our family when she was diagnosed with OCD. These feelings will pass… sometimes the healing takes a while but if you work on it, you’ll heal. It’s a forgive and forget mindset.
Later in the day, I joined the monks and all peaceful beings for virtual meditation led by Venerable Pannakara – Uli interrupted because it was his dinner time, but the 15 minutes I was able to practice left me feeling refreshed for dinner and TV! Today is my peaceful day. Bye for now.
